TECHNICAL DATA SHEET - IRON FLEX

DESCRIPTION
SE440 is a composite polyurethane elastomer system, formulated for the manufacture of flexible moulding and trim.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES
Iron Flex has become an industry standard with over 10 years of consistent performance in the production of flexible mouldings. Iron Flex is specifically designed to produce an extremely flexible moulding that is nailable, stainable and paintable, to be used in place of wood millwork. Iron Flex outperforms natural wood in that it will not crack, rot, warp or allow insect infestation.

Iron Flex is an elastomeric semi-flexible material, which can be used in either interior or exterior applications. This material can only be used for profiles made with a flat back.

Deco Flex is cellular polyurethane, which can only be used for interior applications. It can be used with most of our profiles.
